Therapy
Much research shows that Online therapy and In-person therapy have very similar results. Ultimately, they are equally as good. The main thing for success is ensuring that you do therapy in a way that you prefer and with someone you can get along with.
I provide In-person therapy on Fridays in Tullow, Co. Carlow, in Teach Bhride, Chapel Lane, Tullow, Carlow. R93 W447 and Online Video and Telephone Counselling on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays.
I charge €70 per session.
